Bridget Parkhurst
Originally from Pennsylvania, my husband and I moved to Effingham County in 2002, bringing our two young children with us. We were drawn to the area for its highly rated school district, and that decision turned out to be one of the best we ever made. We built a life in Rincon, GA, and truly fell in love with the community. My career began in healthcare, where I held leadership roles in admissions, marketing, and office management. I launched community outreach programs, facilitated support groups, and worked closely with the Alzheimer’s Association to raise awareness and support families.
I stepped into the world of real estate in 2003 while working as an administrative assistant at a local brokerage. That role sparked a deep interest, and I earned my real estate license in 2007. Around the same time, I began managing my husband’s construction business, which gave me a strong foundation in the building and construction industry. I later returned to healthcare for a few years, overseeing HR and compliance for two hospice organizations, but real estate remained a constant calling.
In 2021, I returned to the industry full-time, focusing on administrative support, project coordination, and off-market property outreach. I truly enjoy connecting with people—learning their goals, hearing their stories, and helping them take the next step with confidence. In 2025, I joined the Teresa Cowart Team as the Client Coordinator. I now serve as the initial point of contact for many of our clients and help to guide them through the early stages of their buying or selling journey.
I bring over 27 years of experience in administrative management, client care, and customer service to the Teresa Cowart Team. With a background that spans both real estate and healthcare, I’m known for being organized, compassionate, and quick to adapt in fast-paced environments. Serving others has always been a passion of mine. I love building those relationships and preparing clients for a seamless handoff to our agents, fully informed and ready to go. I feel incredibly grateful to be part of a team that values service, excellence, and hearand I look forward to many more years of helping people find their way home.
