Helping people has always been at the heart of Tia's career. With a background in human resources and a degree in Psychology, she developed strong skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and guiding people through important life decisions. Today, those same skills help her clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.
A Savannah native, Tia has deep roots throughout Coastal Georgia, including time spent in Statesboro, and has proudly called Richmond Hill home for more than 15 years. Her local knowledge, commitment to service, and relationship-first approach allow her to provide personalized guidance and exceptional care to every client she serves.
When she's not helping clients, Tia enjoys spending time with her family. As a proud mom of three children—ages 30, 19, and 6—and grandmother to a wonderful grandson, family is at the center of her life. You'll often find her cheering from the sidelines at her youngest daughter's soccer games, visiting her son at UGA, or spending quality time with her oldest daughter and grandson. Some of her favorite moments are the simple ones—cooking for her family, dancing and singing in the kitchen with her children, riding bikes on the beach, staying active, serving through her church, and enjoying the Coastal Georgia community she's proud to call home.
